Sponsorships
We are proud to provide support to community groups through our sponsorship program. From driver training courses, to youth leaders and participation in community events across Australia, Ansvar Insurance takes a partnership approach with each sponsorship relationship.
Each year, we pick a select group of sponsorship partners to work with. We hope to make a difference with each project through funding and employee volunteer days, and benefit from the marketing opportunities that each partnership offers.

Applying for a sponsorship
We receive hundreds of sponsorship requests and unfortunately cannot support all of these requests. To avoid disappointment, please read our assessment criteria carefully and make sure your application addresses each of these. In particular please note the section on commercial return.
In order to make a formal sponsorship request, you must complete and submit an online sponsorship application form. This form also allows you to attach your written proposal and other documents to support your application.
Applications are assessed after the end of each quarter, in July, October, January and April.

Assessment criteria
Applications must be submitted based on the selection criteria outlined below.
The sponsorship application must:
- demonstrate a measurable commercial return on investment for the sponsorship dollars requested.
- provide an opportunity for brand exposure and use of the Ansvar Insurance name and logo across signage, print material, web and advertising campaigns.
- outline other benefits on offer (such as tickets, access to databases, speaking opportunities etc).
- offer opportunities to work with Ansvar Insurance to integrate current advertising, promotion and publicity activity including a short promotional DVD.
- include the total cost including monetary and non monetary components.
Ansvar Insurance will not provide sponsorship for organisations:
- in conflict with Ansvar Insurance and its related brand positioning and values.
- involved in illegal activities.
- who are likely to bring Ansvar Insurance into disrepute.
- with a specific political affiliation or that promote a specific political agenda.
- who support or promote intolerance of any group.
- that impose or imply conditions that would limit or appear to limit our ability to carry out functions related to our impartiality.
- where a competing organisation is also involved in the sponsorship.
